Serving all of Western New York All Pro Home Inspection is a company that fosters a professional team attitude. We are looking to hire NYS Licensed Home Inspectors. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual to fill a full-time position as a home inspector. We are based out of Lockport, NY and service all of Western New York. We are committed to training our employees well, not only for our customers benefit, but for our employees. Our employees are outgoing, energetic and excited about what we do. If you're someone who welcomes responsibility and enjoys getting involved, you'll fit right in.
Ideal candidates must have a valid NYS Home Inspector License, a NYS Driver’s License, a professional, friendly appearance and a great attitude! Excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, some basic tools, strong computer skills, reliable transportation, be creative, the ability to think outside of the box and must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Candidates must be able to physically conduct inspection related tasks; such as, climbing ladders, crawling and kneeling.
If you are new to the profession or you are a veteran allow us to help you do what you enjoy - inspecting home and we'll handle the rest.
Experience is helpful, but not mandatory. We will train you to be successful and to be part of our team. The only requirement is that you have a valid NYS Home Inspector License.
Core Competencies:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NYS Home Inspector License
- Ability to use basic computer software and be able to type accurately
- Customer service oriented
- Strong desire to help others
Basic Job Description:
- Performing Home Inspections
- Good customer communication
- Conduct inspections throughout WNY
- Responsible for all aspects of the inspection routine and issuing the report
Attitude is more important than specific experience. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are a MUST. You must be punctual and able to follow directions. Customer service and etiquette is a huge benefit.
